• In February 2001 Francis came to media prominence following his success in the European Trade Mark Court over Disney Corporation (see Biog above).
• In 2002 he set up a joint venture London investment Company which successfully produced “Jakers the Adventures of Piggley Winks” in Los Angeles. The 40 episode children’s CGI series is currently on air on PBS kids across America where it has been critically acclaimed. The series has won a number of Emmy and Bafta awards. Over $30 Million dollars was raised through private investment for the Series. The series has been bought by RTE, BBC, TFI – France, ABC – Australia, SVT-Sweden and other major worldwide networks.

• In 2004 his latest Television Project Soccastars began production being co-produced with world renowned Screentime PTY (Australia), the owners of “Popstars”, and Proactive plc the managers of Premier League players including England superstar “Wayne Rooney”. Series have been completed in Portugal with “Sporting Lisbon”, in the Middle East with “Newcastle United FC” which offers the winner a year’s premiership contract with Newcastle FC and is on air since August 2005 on Future TV. • Francis became an expert in corporate law practising in the area from 1988-1993, particularly in Franchising and has tutored, lectured, written articles and contributed to a book on “Franchising Law”. Francis’s close connection with franchised businesses helped him as an entrepreneur to gain essential business experience which has stood to him in the current 7 businesses that he is involved in.

• Francis set up his own Law Firm Francis Fitzpatrick & Co in 1993 and continues to practice law. The firm specialises in advising high net worth individuals and has a number of high profile Sports and Entertainment celebrities as clients.

• Francis lives in Skryne Co Meath Ireland with his wife Denise and five children aged 10 to 2 years old and concentrates on Motivational Speaking and Business Consultancy.
